About

I work with individuals from a wide range of back grounds. working with openness, curiosity and in a completely non-judgemental way, I provide a supportive environment that helps individuals to move towards greater fulfilment.

I provide a confidential space where we can work through problems and challenges together. I provide a comfortable, quiet and safe space for working face to face in Harborne, close to Queens Park and main bus routes, but am also available for online sessions.

I think that everybody can find a pathway towards a more fulfilling life and that therapy can help in this process of growth and change.

I enjoy working in a holistic way, offering a flexible approach that responds to each individual and whatever unique life situation they are bringing to therapy. There are as many successful pathways to growth as there are people, and my hope is that working together will open up new opportunities

I offer a relational approach to therapy, I am very interested in developing a full understanding of the person I am working with and in creating an effective place encouraging increased awareness supporting growth and change. I value a shared approach in therapy; both client and therapist working together to develop greater understanding through honesty, trust and a supportive environment.

Practice Description

I practice from a dedicated space at my home in Harborne, Birmingham, and welcome clients from all backgrounds based in Birmingham, The Midlands and beyond. I am available for face-to face appointments and can also offer on-line work. My preferred approach is working face to face; I find this to be the most effective approach for many clients. The length of the therapy will depend from person to person, and I am happy to practice short or long term dependent upon the clients needs and situation.
